2.1 For Job Seekers
- Our services for job seekers are provided free of charge
- We act as an employment agency as defined by the Employment Agencies Act 1973
- We will only submit your application to employers with your explicit consent
- You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate and truthful
- You must inform us immediately of any changes to your circumstances
- You must inform us if you accept a position found through us
2.2 For Employers
- Service fees are agreed separately in writing before work commences
- Fees are only payable upon successful placement
- Standard terms: “No placement, no fee” unless otherwise agreed
- Replacement guarantee: 6 months (full refund or replacement candidate)
- Full terms of business for employers are provided separately upon engagement
3. Candidate Registration
By registering with us, you:
- Confirm you have the right to work in the UK
- Confirm all information provided is accurate and up-to-date
- Consent to us processing your data as per our Privacy Policy
- Consent to us sharing your information with potential employers
- Agree to inform us of any offer of employment resulting from our introduction
- Confirm you hold valid professional registration (GMC/NMC/GPhC where applicable)
4. Confidentiality
- We treat all information confidentially
- We will not disclose your information to third parties without consent (except potential employers for job applications)
- You agree not to disclose confidential information about employers shared with you
- You agree not to approach employers directly within 12 months of our introduction
5. Liability
- We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of job listings and candidate information
- We are not liable for:
- Decisions made by employers or candidates
- Terms of employment between employer and candidate
- Outcomes of employment relationships
- Any losses arising from use of our services (except where caused by our negligence)
6. Professional Conduct
Job Seekers:
- Must maintain valid professional registration
- Must disclose any disciplinary actions or fitness to practice concerns
- Must not misrepresent qualifications or experience
- Must attend interviews arranged by us unless with good reason
Employers:
- Must provide accurate job descriptions
- Must comply with employment law and equality legislation
- Must not discriminate in hiring decisions
- Must inform us of successful placements made through our introduction
